Rates
The monthly rent is $1800 during the winter months (October 15 to April 15)
The monthly rent is $1900 during the summer months (April 15 to October 15)
Rent includes utilities such as Electric, Gas, Internet, Cable TV.
We require a $500 refundable security deposit.
Corporate accounts welcome.
Stays of under 30 days are subject to a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax.
Weekly rate: $750.
Daily rate (3 night minimum) $160.
Maximum occupancy is two persons. 
Pets, smoking.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
